Sample calculation
Initial net rent is DKK 1,800 per m² p.a. and the area is 300 m².
We close a lease agreement where we ensure that the tenant gets a staircase rent corresponding to 9 months rent-free and furnishings worth DKK 200,000.
This means that our fees are paid for by the savings and that the tenant has saved a net amount of more than DKK 500,000 and a lot of frustration and time resources.
We call that a win-win.
